Kareli comes to Resource Media with a background of helping businesses get results. In the decade prior to joining Resource Media she provided operational support for various industries ranging from hospitality and construction, to the retail and financial sectors. Her focus on developing a workplace culture that values quality, excellence and reliability has resulted in the fostering of positive relationships between employees, partners and vendors. She holds a BS in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology Management from Virginia Tech and is a Quickbooks ProAdvisor.

Kareli is a proud first-generation Mexican American who is eager to support Resource Media’s efforts to instill a joyful and inclusive atmosphere in our workplace. As a Navy spouse, she advocates for the education, empowerment and support for military families.
